Gravel riding is an excellent way to explore the wild beauty of our surrounding area, accessing the places that lie beyond the paved roads and going back in time to before the ubiquity of the car.
Over the last century a lot of the local population left to seek work in the city or abroad, but the old road and path network is still there, allowing us to ride to mountain top vistas, gorges with waterfalls, dinosaur footprints and abandoned villages (even the odd winery…).
